They were fine. They were scheduled from 3 to 5. They had some free time so they came at 1 and it's all done. And it was about half the price of Sears.

The workers were prompt, courteous and efficient. Their mission was to please the customer. We ran into a problem when one of the rooms did not have hardwood floors under the carpet. Sonny met me at a couple of stores to help me decide on different ways to get the job done. They communicated by calling and sending pictures to keep us informed of what they were doing. Whenever I called them with a question they always answered or called me back shortly. We are really pleased with the floors. They did a great job! They also left everything clean and in order.

Very responsive to a complaint, they came back out and fixed a couple of spots that were missed and they made sure we were very happy before leaving!

Hired to sand and refinish hardwood floors, a color change was not part of the contract. The floors when sanded were beautiful so the company owner used a natural color stain and varnish. We were not happy so they completely re-sanded them and took them back to the original dark color - 2 extra days work that they willingly did without complaint. Now they are the prettiest hardwoods I have ever seen. They can't possibly have made money for what they charged and the amount of work done. We are extremely happy with the job. My only complaint is that I hired a nice Israeli fellow, one of four partners I believe, but the workers sent were Mexicans who spoke not a word of English. I do not know if these men are here legally but it is against my personal ethic to hire illegal immigrants and I would not have hired the company if I had known that was who they would send. Or maybe they are legal, who knows. I should have asked. Anyway, the end result is that I am very happy with the work. They did accidently cut a computer network cable with the sander and say they are sending someone to fix it. My experience is that they are very customer-focused and will keep that promise.

The main office called and asked if they could come early. The tech's name was Steven. He was very professional and courteous. Steven went right to work and finished the job to my satisfaction. I gave them a 4.0 on price because we are on disability and have very limited funds for home upkeep in our budget.

Sonny came out and repaired my garage door. He was very courteous, professional and did a good job. He was on time, and the price was reasonable, I thought.

The technician called before he arrived at my home and was on time. He had some problems getting the work done, therefore, the job took longer than expected. Alabama Fresh Air continued to work diligently until the job was well done. New logs were placed in my fireplace. The technicians were very knowledgeable, courteous, professional, and patient.
