Alan Hann Architects was average; from May up until October that is how long it took to receive the final drawings to obtain the permit for the addition remodeling project. The price was fair but the time it took was way to long. The positive is that when I took the drawings to the county the were impress that only a couple of changes were needed.

Alan has been a pleasure to work with! We really appreciate that he presents his estimate in two phases (phase I: sketches, phase II: drawings ready for permits) which can be paid for in two phases. So far we've reviewed the sketches (phase I) and we're really excited about the project!

Mr. Hamm is a pleasure to work with. From the very first conversation I had with him, he's been warm and personable, putting us at ease. He's patient, informative and straight forward. I trust him implicitly. Although our project may not pan out, I am thrilled to have found someone of this caliber and will go to no one else!
