Alaska Heating did a great job fixing our furnace. They focused on finding the most economical solution, were very courteous, and were always on time. It's so nice to have a warm house again! I would definitely recommend them.

I originally scheduled an appointment with another company, who did not show up or call to cancel. To date, I have not heard from them. Their original contact was very fast, however, I consider their timeliness and courteous very poor. I called Alaska Refrigeration, and they were there within two hours.
