Had an error with the front door dead lock (assembly fell out when I tried to lock the door to leave) which left me stranded at the house for an hour before Dave could come back to fix it. However, he did come back as quickly as possible and promptly took care of the issue. Dave is a very polite and courteous person.

he showed up late every time, by one or more hours, he ruined my bosses custom made furniture, the locks didn't work, and he did not complete his job. It took three weeks to get him to finish one job! VERY displeased!
