I have several rental homes and had used other contractors in the area. Unfortunately, it seems like all they want to do is sell new units instead of fix problems. Finally I found this company and couldn't be happier!!! They truly diagnose the problem and fix the issue promptly, competently and at reasonable cost. When I found them, I had a house with a problem and had brought in three other contractors. Just couldn't get a clear answer as to what the problem was, and two of them were simply determined to sell me a new system. When I brought in Coastal Comfort, they properly diagnosed the problem and found a ductwork issue. Hire Them!!

Initial contact with Coastal resulted in a prompt phone call and e-mail with information on the company. After describing the proposed job, a wealth of information was sent to me via e-mail. Bobby followed up with a phone call to explain things and answer questions. Every phone call I had with him was professional and courteous. I did get two other estimates for the job. Frankly, even if one of the other companies contacted was less than Coastal Comfort, I would have gone with Coastal due to the thorough and professional way the proposals and choices I had were communicated to me. Job was done on time meeting all promised results. This house is a rental property of mine, so I asked my tenants to be my eyes and ears on the job. They confirmed that Bobby and his associate were neat, polite and professional in the execution of the job.
