All American Home Inspections Inc.
About us
Travis Grubbs, Owner and Inspector of All American Home Inspections, has been performing inspections of single-family and multi-family dwellings throughout Georgia and South Carolina since 1994. All American Home Inspections also performs inspections and moisture testing on Synthetic Stucco (or EIFS). When All American Home Inspections is hired to perform an inspection, the client has the assurance that Travis will personally meet him/her on-site, inspect the subject property, answer any questions, and provide a comprehensive and easily understood report. All American Home Inspections is all about serving our clients, even at the risk of being accused of "picking the house apart" by some realtors. Being a member of the Independent Home Inspectors of North America , we do not solicit referrals from realtors. The real estate professionals that refer us only do so because they want thier clients to receive a comprehensive home inspection. For more information visit our website. All American Home Inspections reports both minor and major defects. The above picture is of a tree stump left with in the house foundation wall, a most unusual major defect.
