The contracted staff actually broke into my home and damaged property when fired from the job; unable to prosecute but owner did repair damage. It took almost an entire week to install (no rain delays).

Tile: Ceramic and Porcelain - Install
They were late, created serious damages, didn't possess the skills required to do the job, Did not demonstrate integrity, Took over 90 days to replace the check for payment I wrote, never paid the administrative fees charged by bank although Owner claimed he would, does not appear to be financially stable. Cost me 3 times the amount to correct their damage, replace parts and do the job right. We did agree to make a settlement.

Responded to request before I requested. within 3 hours. quoted price from my explanation. Came out next day. Very professional, polite and reasonable. Was on time. Did a great job and helped me with another project not mentioned originally. Yes, I would hire again. Would also recommend. Keeping information in file. Thanks for a great job.

Exterior Trim - Repair
Very reasonable, showed up when they said they would, highly recommend them and I just don't say that about anyone. Mike has a great attitude! John the owner quoted me a price way lower than another company which I respect him for that and they provided quality work.

I am preparing my home to list For Sale. One exterior was needed; one was interior. A basement shower had hairline cracks in the pan. Mike did an excellent repair. A new employee, Daniel, did a fine job in repairing a hairline crack to some brick work below the porch. I got other estimates but chose All American primarily because of John. I trusted him. He knew I had time constraints as other projects hinged on exterior repair being a priority. He was accommodating and very concerned that I was completely satisfied with end result on both jobs. I will certainly be recommending All American to my friends and co-workers!!!

Jon responded very quickly to my request for an estimate, gave me an appointment date right away, arrived for the appointment on time, dealt with a minor inconvenience with professionalism and called me to let me know the job had been completed. The work he did was even better than expected and our follow up questions were answered quickly. While this job was just installing a new mailbox & post, he has won our future business by being professional, responsive and attentive.

Quality was excellent they are not the cheapest but fair, because the company uses various crews request Tom he is very thorough and good. When they finished the first contract I hired them again.

This was a great experience! Thomas worked with my schedule, was on time, very courteous and completed the work quickly. Drywall - Install
This company arrived as soon as I called them and it was night. They were professional and took the time to explain their work to me. They worked on my carpet, added padding, fixed baseboards, did dry wall, plaster, paint and did a fantastic job at cleaning up. I run a busy hotel and needed good help fast! and this is what I got from this Company. I would hire them again in a heartbeat!

Thomas discounted the work if we paid cash, which was very appreciated. Was prompt and job was managed professionally. The installation was fine although the estimate included additional wood work which was far below satisfactory. We were very disappointed with the final outcome of the finish work.

They are not finished with the project. We ran into a problem with my homeowners association about the color I want to paint the deck. So I have to wait until they meet to agree on a color. Tom and Aaron will be back to finish the job. I will finish my review then, I am very pleased so far.

All American Services of VA was hired to paint all the exterior white wooden trim, window and door frames of my house. The painters Alex and Mike were talented and did high quality work. The operations manager Jeremiah was very professional in seeing that I was totally satisfied and that the work was completed within the agreed upon time and budget. The General Contract Manager really helped me pull multiple jobs together so that it was easier to manage. He was also very responsive and helpful along the way. We have paiting, roofing, gutters and deck replaced. Very pleased the service.

The final paint quality was very good. They had problems getting a full crew to come each day, which caused the project to run longer than expected. They also installed a backsplash which went great - and looks great.

Great experience from the time we called. My wife and I had originally planned on building a ground level deck in the back and ended up with a stamped concrete one instead with a walk way around the house. We just moved in march and wanted to start enjoying the nice weather. The concrete guy Steve knew what he was talking about. The owner came out after the job was complete to say hello which we thought was a great personal touch. Good guy too...
