Several years ago, All Decked Out built a deck and patio in my back yard that was tremendous and we love the space. Two years ago, or more, I contacted Rob at All Decked Out to ask if he can do some repairs of the deck and he said that he was really busy but he would get back to me in the Fall. I spoke with him that Fall and he said he would get to me next season... I contacted him in the spring and never heard back from him. I contacted him again last Fall and never heard back from him. I contacted him this past spring and never heard back from him. I contacted him this summer and never heard back from him. If you want a nice deck built, he does a fine job, but don't expect him to follow up with you for any needs that may develop.

Rob did a great job. The other two referrals were not worth much - but Rob was great. No real complaints - he was on target, on budget and I would hire him again in a minute.
