The mechanic came out twice and my air conditioner was still not working after the second visit. On the third appointment he showed up and left before my appointment time and would not come back. Very disappointed in the service.

"Showed up to the house 15 minutes early, I needed to get an early start to the day had other appointments I had to meet . Waited 10 minutes for someone to show. Knocked on the door very loudly I thought everyone was asleep and not waking up. And I was penalized for showing up early . If I had someone showing up to do a service at my house I would be there at least 30 min before they got not be there at the same exact time the appointment is."

Yanko is not only polite, knoweldgeable, and professional but we have never had a service that gave us so much confidence that our air conditioning unit was working at its full capacity. Fantastic service and we highly recommend this company. We will be using them again in the future.

Yanko is AMAZING. He was not only easy to work with, but polite, professional, and I was impressed just by our phone conversation. He asked me when we might have availability, suggesting that he could stop by at a convenient time for us if we were working. He came on time and he called as he said he would to confirm he was at the right place (a few minutes before our appointment time). He was great with us, and our 5 year old son, and he gave us so much information. Yanko was able to tell us exactly what was wrong, how to fix it, and you could tell right away he was honest, friendly, easy to talk to, and are able to trust him! My wife and I will gladly give his information and recommend him to all our friends, colleagues, and our neighbors as well! He is truly great and I am so glad we got the chance to meet a trustworthy and impressive A/C guy. They are hard to come by and Yanko will tell you as it is. It's like when you find the auto mechanic you know you can trust. That's Yanko for you!
