We had an initial estimate from carols who was the best guy. He was honest and he was the only person to call us back about the job and he told us we would have trouble getting anyone to do it as it was a small job and they were use to working on much larger projects. Keep on top of the work team who actually do the job, Communication was tricky and there were a few details which could have been finished to a higher quality but we called them back and they fixed them. I didn't like the fact that our roofing products were delivered on their trash truck which was full from another job. But the panels survived .

Still have not come back to finish painting area they missed. I put in 2 calls about it, but still not finished.

They have done a great job for us .

This company left a "bad taste in my mouth." The work was done very poorly and the time for completing the work was unexceptable. However, I continued to keep them on the job-site only because I didn't want to possibly face that same experience with another company.

Hard to get hold of. Our primary project rep is very argumentative & disrespectful. Info/requests we specified to proj rep not relayed to crew. Rep made assumptions that were incorrect and was not on job site during most of work which lead to many problems. We are currently trying to get a variety of issues resolved. Have requested only the owner (Calvin) or the representative who met w/us (Carlos) and not Daniel to meet with us for further discussions,work supervision and to pick up the final payment upon satisfactory completion of work. This has been one of the most aggrivating experiences we've ever had with a contractor.

They destroyed my new hardwood floors and would not take responsibilty. They came to my home after the job and tried to intimidate me into believing I damaged my floors. I hired them because of the 3 estimators interviewed, he guaranteed my new kitchen/dining room floors and new cabinets would be in the same pristeen condition after the job as they were before the job. This project has been nothing but heartache and anger.

Problem with roofing material color--the customer was never right in this situation. Needed more oversight from the project manager. Materials/debris were left in the yard (later removed upon request, however, wood planks are still there). Later we noticed that part of the flashing was not installed.

Work done professionally; however, some things had to be redone because the laborers did not use good judgement when making a number of decisions. For example, roofing baseboards were not professionally mitered as they should have been. Laborers selected the poorest quality sections from boards that had high quality wood grain when creating the framing area for a skylight. It is important to be on hand at the job site so that the work reflects your own values as the laborers, though capable, do not use good judgement.

Calvin and Daniel were very professional and exceptionally courteous. They did a wonderful job installing our lightweight tile roof and coordinating with the city inspectors. Before the roof was completed, there was some rain that leaked into our bathroom. They fixed the problem and had their painters repainted our bathroom ceiling. Their painters did such a great job that we will use them for our next project. I would very highly recommending using this company. You will be very pleased that you did.

They did a good job - but I have tried to contact them several times to get a receipt for my insurance company and they will not send one to me.

We had problems fighting the weather. But, they worked with me and got the job done. There was a small problem with materials but it was handled well.

They were very courteous and very industrious. The overall job was very well done. My roof looks great!

Great job on my roof! These guys really know what they are doing and get it done professionally! An absolutely perfect job!

They ran out of materials several times during the project. There was very little supervision of the workers. I had to supervise them. The look of the roof when done was not good. I had to call several time to get the work sight cleaned up and get everything finished. The workers made three nail holes through a second story deck that had just been resurfaced.

All Seasons did a great job with my roof. Neighbors and strangers stop to compliment the roofing job results regularly.
