"This is a complete lie. I have never given anyone a 7 year warranty. This customer was rude and abusive in our first meeting, giving demands on how to do my job. He did contact me when the product that I used in his townhouse started to peel and I informed him that the product was a bad batch and I was contacted by the company that explained that to me. I told him I am happy to come fix it and he told me that his he and his wife never wanted me to do work for them again. When he contacted me the second time, I had a new phone number from changing carriers and my address has always been the same. My other reviews prove my work."
"As when you called and inquired about the problem, I informed you how it is done to fix the issue and told you I will be glad to do in a few days, your response was " that's ok, if its that easy, I will take care of it, thank you". So now why do you put this bad review on my review page?"
"Thank you for the review. I do have to say this product can not be bought at any store, it I'd a patent product of my company. The clearcoat issue as I informed you is conditions of humidity and tempature of drying in which was quickly and easily fixed. Thank you again for your business"
