I only dinged them for cleanliness to a "fair" because grease made it onto a couple of things by an assistant. Timeliness I marked as fair because they were typically a bit late, but frankly I would hardly consider this an issue since they did always show up when they said they would, and worked very late one night to get the job done on their own. Most importantly, I think they do a superior job, and they do stand behind their work. since we had our core electrical system basically gutted and replaced (per our request) due to unbelievably bad wiring by previous owners I rest easy knowing that we have a much much safer and reliable electrical system. I had serious misgivings about the wiring before, and David Daniels confirmed a very long list of potentially serious fire hazards - all verifiable. I opted to replace the easy homeowner do-able stuff myself, and save the "real" work for the experts and I have not been unhappy I've done so. I would certainly hire them again.
