Asphalt Shingle Roofing - Install or Replace
If you decide to work with any company. Make sure you document a start and end date. We had a written contract. They kept putting the job off for weeks, only to tell me they needed more money. They are horrible at calling you back. My recommendation, find someone else.

I went up on the roof to check on the work while they were working, the work was done vert well. They cleaned up every day, were friendly and professionla. Thy are a family owned business and thy made me feel like part of the family. I will hire them again when my roof needs replacement.

Asphalt Shingle Roofing - Install or Replace
Submitted wrong info to get permits which caused a 1 week delay. Workers drove truck up to my back yard dredging up dirt and grass in the common area belonging to the association. Did not know the shingles I ordered were not available in my area causing another delay. Removed the permit from the front of house and tried to tell me it was not necessary to have it post at all times, which is not true. Said they scheduled an inspection but did not according to the Bldg Dept supv. Said they would fill out roofing inspection forms for my insurance but did not, said they were "in the mail" several times. 2-3 week job took 46 days.

"Did not submit wrong info to city, City just took long processing permit. Access to the house was only available through the back. Supplier did not have specific shingles but we order and paid out of pocket to get shingles from Naples. Customer got the shingle she wanted at the end. Permit was posted at all times except when we needed to add an addendum. Customer scheduled an inspection without our authorization. Could not complete an insurance from because a certified inspector was required. Did not miss a single inspection and roof was completed under budget at a great price and within the city timeline."
