He was quick and easy to work with and resolved my problem in minutes. I felt the minimum charge was a bit steep, but acceptable. I did have late offers that were less expensive ie. 40%, But concidering I couldn't get knowledged help from my current service and needing this expedited, it was worth it and I might be concidering them for their monitoring services when my other service expires.
