All-State Roofing & Siding, LLC

It took them months to complete the job. The repair was unsuccessful, skylights still leaked. When I went to call them back to get them out to repair the leaks, all you get is a recording that someone will call you back within an hour. After several attempts at calling with no callbacks, I had to hire another company to fix the leaks. After spending several thousand dollars with this company and still having problems, I would not recommend them to anyone, if they are even still in business. Very disappointing!

The workers were very courteous and worked cleanly. There was some inside fixing to be done afterwards that they gladly came back for and made sure it was done to our satisfaction.

This co. has still not finished my job although it was paid in full. The man who came to provide an estimate was very professional - but I suspect he never submitted the order for a rod needed to open the skylight. Skylight was installed May 10 but there was no rod with it. Called 5/12 and requested the rod be ordered, assured it would be shipped directly to me. On 6/2 I called again "we'll check to see if it was ordered". 6/3 I was called and told it was in, would be shipped out to me. 6/13 left message for exec asst (who claimed she never got it), then told it was in and would be "dropped off". 6/17: still waiting. Can't open my skylight

Thorough estimate. Timely work.

- Responded immediately to my request for the job - Willing to perform the job within just 2 days of request to ensure repair before impending rain storm - Arrived reasonably on time - Professional in approach to the job - Completed work in a timely manner and cleaned up thoroughly Note: still waiting for next rain storm to confirm the repair is successful but all indications are that it should be fine.

Very punctual and reasonable. I would definitely call them again.

Very good work, very professional work. Very reliable and do a good job
