After having an appointment with another company for 2 weeks they cancelled at the very last minute. I had taken off work, so it was very upsetting. I called Allure and spoke with Robert , he came to my home for a free estimate within the hour, and scheduled the work for the next day which was a SATURDAY. He didn't charge extra for the weekend work and his price was within my budget. My bathroom floor and shower were cleaned, polished and sealed, and have never looked better. I high recommend Allure, very professional

They were timely, very neat, polite, professional and did a beautiful job on thetile floor for the bathroom in my historic home. Robert, the owner of the business, even made a suggestion to add an additional accent tile that looks great! We are very happy with the work and our contractors were so impressed that they asked for cards so they can contact Allure as well.

Tile was installed with out looking at sub flooring which had mold issues. Tile is going to need repair or replaced. Sub floor will need to be replaced.
