Michelle, was great to work with. She went way over and beyond cause the insurance didn?t want to pay for the new roof. Said it was not hail damage even thou it was. Michelle helped me fight the insurance company and at the end they paid not only for the roof but also the house windows cause they also had hail damage. Anyone will love working with Michelle.

I had a great experience with Alta Roofing. They are very knowledgeable about the roofing industry and also GC'd our project to get windows replaced, air conditioner, and gutters done. This experience was very different than my other roofing company experiences in the past. They were so great to work with! From beginning to end, the communication and professionalism was top notch, which is oh-so difficult to find these days, so I was super impressed! There were minor bumps along the way with insurance and little things to be expected, but they were addressed and solved quickly. They were thorough, they followed up, and they were both conscientious and respectful of my home and my time. They actually arrived before their scheduled time, and prior to them getting started they discussed their daily agenda with me directly, gave me an idea of what to expect, and, made any recommendations that they could to make the process easier on me and my family/dog. After completion, they did a thorough clean up and then asked me to walk the entire perimeter of my home with them so that they could address anything that I saw and that they might have missed. Highly recommend!!
