Every effort was made to follow my instructions and requests. Little late on arrival but called to let me know. For a first time clean, rushed conditions and little familiarity with my home, this was a solid job. I expect the effort to improve every week and have no reason to expect otherwise.

As long as the work is supervised, they do a good job. At this point, I would not have them clean without my supervision. However, I hope they learn to know how I want things cleaned, and can do so without my being home.

I think they did a great job for the most part. I had a lot of work for them to do. I wish they would have finished all the work. I only requested 5 hours and I wish they would have just worked past that and than billed me. Seems to make more sense that way. But overall good job. James
