They were miss leading. They did not complete want I need to have done. They would not guarantee their work and told us that they would charge another $90 to come back. The quotes for the cost of locks were not what was discussed on the phone and were almost double after installing them.

"Dear Customer, we offer a 90 day warranty on our labor and lock installation, when we came out to the location we re-keyed the lock on the property for less than what we originally quoted you based on the fact that you requested an additional discount because you had multiple property.The lock that we re-keyed was dis-functional to start off with and we had recommended that you replace the hardware to a new one which would be part of our 90 Warranty,after refusing to replace the hardware you called back a week later saying that the lock doesn't work very well and that if we did not fix it or replace it for free you would leave a bad review."
