Had a hard time getting them to come out to correct problems, office person was rude, did come out and address most problems after a very long time and repeated calls, but we will see what it looks like in the spring. Still have issues. Very very expensive, pay alot for what you get. So you expect better service. I do believe the owner may have been unaware of all the problems and is trying to rectify them with me and others.
