Powerwashing
This was one of the best experiences I have had with hiring someone to work on my home. Chad surpassed my expectations in all of these areas. He is going to do the powerwashing every 6 months for the row houses and when it comes time to rebuild our deck, I will be calling him first for a quote. The quality of the work is what stands out the most, but timeliness, communication, courteous and all the others are a close second. Thanks for doing such a good job!

The actual cleaning of windows was good. He offered to clean moss off my patio, which he forgot. Also, when he cleaned my gutters he left me with the debris.
