After speaking with Nelson, he gave me a time frame & arrived within it. Working with me on what was going & explaining what the job would entail. I loved that he was straight forward & direct. Show me the problem before doing anything & even though I paid a little more than I was hoping, I'm delighted. He & the team started & finished in less than seven hours.

Extremely timely and very friendly. Kinda pricey, but I'm pretty sure any work done by professionals will be kinda pricey. Would definitely hire them again if needed. In fact, I'll be keeping their business card handy as I'm trying to do some DIY projects in the near future.

Nelson was very quick to respond to our request and to quote a price to replace a PVC water main with copper piping. I had received five bids on the job and Nelson's was the best by several hundred dollars. He showed up on time to do the job and began the work. as I had requested, before I was able to be at the scene. He and his helper completed the job in a swift, neat and professional manner and then policed the area carefully so that there was little evidence that work had been done. I was very pleased with their work and the amount charged for it. I will call upon them again if I have any other plumbing problems.

He came on a holiday week-end, was at my house at 7 AM to get my water back on, when no other plumber would. He is my plumber from now and I will highly recommend him to my family & friends.
