**work started without start date confirmation...**was supposed to replace gutters, instead they adjusted them & they still leak...no $$$ adjustment...**was contracted to replace ALL shingles, but only replaced the asphalt...no $$$ adjustment; informed me they would lose money if all the slate was replaced (although total replacement was in the contract). For $2660, I got about $1500 worth of work, based on my home inspector's estimate. I don't know if it was because he knew I was a single female homeowner or if he didn't expect me to have his work reviewed. Either way, I informed the other 42 homeowners not to use this company.
