Sir: Please be aware that although they came and installed some equipment to eliminate the bat problem, it has not been completed as the bat test (several overnights) has not been completed. Therefore, we really do not feel comfortable in giving this response at this time. Should the bat problem be resolved, we would rate them a 5 star, but cannot in good conscious do so at this time.

I had a wood pecker attacking my house. I spoke with Don Scadden ahd he was very helpful and quick to respond. He outlined a course of action that resulted in a positive result. So far the wood pecker has not returned it has been one week. Thanks Don!!

They were very prompt in calling me, explained the process, gave me all the details I needed to understand the job. The next day they came out and hung up all the items we needed to scare away a visiting woodpecker. So far... We haven't seen the bird since the scare tactics were put up!
