Fred's initial impression was very favorable. He appeared to know what he was talking about and his reviews were very good. From the beginning, he dragged his feet. He finally got around to repairing the leak in the roof, and eventually putting some tiles down in the bathroom. By the time the jobs were completed, the entire summer was gone. I had asked that these be finished ASAP. The roof had to be repaired again by a company that I had hired to side my house. The grouting around the tiles in the batroom is cracking falling out.

Fred, Brad and Alan were very concerned with quality and the aesthetic looks of the deck. The cleaned up the work site nightly. They have quickly become friends. Fred and Brad offered opinions and options for us regarding various products to uses. We took some of their ideas and incorporated them into our project. Excellent workmanship. Job completed on time even under unforseen complictions with wood rot that was not known prior to starting the job. Very good comunication skills with home owner to fully explain what they were doing even as the work was progressing.
