While waiting for my delivery and installation of the replacement sunroom windows, I heard a rumor that the local company was going out of business. Apparently I knew about it a couple of weeks before the employees were informed. The office manager paid me a visit to finalize the job. The screen door was of poor quality and the company is writing me a check to cover it. I was also given the phone number at the Peoria headquarters where I could consult with someone if there should be a problem that needs to be covered by warranty.

The job was done well and I am very pleased with the end result. The only negative thing I can say is that it took far longer to complete than I had anticipated. I did not expect the majority of the work to be done by one installer, but that is what happened.
