Italo (aka Antelope) renovated my 2 family home in New Jersey. It was a big job and a very old house (pre-1870) that had been badly renovated before I purchased it. He did fantastic work and incorporated great design choices. The small kitchen in the one bedroom unit was opened up and it really maximized the space. He renovated 2 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, added a steel beam to replace sagging wood beam in the downstairs living room. Added columns and portico to front entry which had a tiny door that appliances would not fit through. French doors to the garden. New plumbing and electric. Moved the washer and drier to be easily accessible in the hallway. Beautiful railing in the hallway and gate outside. New wood floors in the upstairs unit. Split air conditioning in the bottom unit. I'm sure I've forgotten something! A great guy and I highly recommend him for any home renovation.

Kitchen remodeling started as primary job, however I expanded the scope of the project to include bathroom remodeling, additional upgrades in living room and bedroom closet. Also included new flooring throughout the condo. Vendor was on the job daily, was mindful of the condo rules and worked well with the condo management and security to minimize/resolve any issues. Vendor also took me to various providers in the NYC area to jointly make decisions about product/design selections. This firm/personnel is flexible and works well with client to adjust plans within project costs.

The work was done in a very professional manner and right on schedule. Italo's knowledge allowed me to make the right choices for the project. I highly recommend his services.

Italo has done a variet of jobs for our real estate company. Aside from doing meticulous work he also has a fine eye for design. He is current on the latest trend and also construction technology. Iâ d highly recommend using him for any job as his knowledge is spread across a broad spectrum.
