Anthony Peden Home Inspections

I have used Anthony for previous home inspections and will continue to use him because he is so through, detailed, takes great pictures and great to work with

Very thorough inspection...transaction was smooth. I would recommend Anthony to anyone needing a home inspection.

He was early to the appointment. He took TONS of pictures and had so much detail for every single inch of the house. Explained EVERYTHING VERY WELL. His report was so detailed...the sellers of the house came down on the price because they didnt realize the house had that many defects. I received the report a couple of hours after the inspection. I would recommend Anthony to anyone and everyone looking to buy or sell.

Anthony was great. He spent 4.5 hours inspecting our home to be and was very attentive. The results he gave us ws in a packet in our inbox and included color codeing and points of interest. Very professional. And the cost was perfect for our budget. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Anthony's prompt, thorough and superior inspection saved me from buying a house with many hidden flaws which TN laws do not require a non-resident owner to disclose, including hidden wood rot, faulty roof installation, serious termite damage to structural beams and electrical fire hazards.

Very thorough - explained all findings as he went along. Prompt and courteous. Generated report within 12 hours.

Anthony was very thorough and gave a very good detailed report. He gave us some good advise and maintenance guidance too.

Mr. Peden, Has inspected two homes for me he does a wonderful job and explains everything so that you can understand it even if like me you know nothing about a home. He is very through with the inspection I would Highly recommend Mr. Peden to anyone and will use him again if I need a home inspection.

What a great experience! I tried to keep an open mind about hiring a new face to do my home inspection, but in the first few minutes after meeting Anthony my concerns vanished. He was thirty minutes early to our appointment, and he spent approximately four hours checking out the house. I tagged along most of the time he was here, and he was very thorough in his inspection. The report showed up in my inbox a couple of days later. The pdf document goes into great detail about his findings, and most of the flaws he found are supported with photos. I will recommend Anthony Peden to anyone who needs a home inspection. Five stars... Thanks Anthony!

He was on time when he said be here..Also he help a lot on the fact on what i needed to be done..And his result on the paper work was very organized and very helpful ...

Mr. Peden may have told me more than I wanted to know .. but then I am the seller doing a pre-inspection . . found things I would have rather not have known about, but if I was the buyer they would be things I definitly wanted to know about .. Mr. Peden did a great job and did exactly what a inspector should do .. he found those things that needed to be found and pointed them out .. if you don't want to know, then don't use this guy .. but if your buying a house and want to know what may be a problem for you in the future, then Anthony Peden is the inspector for you !!!

Mr. Anthony Peden was very thorough and took time to explain when I had questions. His report looked professional and was easy for a lay person, as myself, to read. I was very pleased with the services provided by Mr. Anthony Peden and would gladly recommend him to others. Many thanks to Anthony and a wonderful job well done.

He was very thorough and professional. Took his time and gave us a very detailed inspection with pictures. We felt he really looked out for our interests.

painless

While I did not meet Mr. Peden personally, I did speak with him several times in order to facilitate a home inspection for one of our clients. He was courteous, returned calls promptly, scheduled the inspection with the client the same day of the referral, and provided our agency with a very professional report. I was very pleased with his services and would utilize him again.

he showed up at the house when i was at work around 230pm and worked until i got home around five so we could talk about the inspection....for the most part he was pretty thorough

Searched online for a home inspector in the area - found a few but Anthony had the best reviews. I now know first hand why he has such great reviews - he inspected every nook and cranny of the house. I doubt if anything was missed - he was very friendly and on time also. In my opinion there is no need to look any further when looking for a home inspector - call Anthony.

He was very knowledgeable and reasonably priced.

Anthony made us comfortable from our first phone call. He did an excellent job documenting everything.

Anthony was very professional and thorough when he came to do an inspection for me. I would definitely use his services in the future.

Anthony is a very professionally courteous inspector who offers a very detailed report with photographs of the "problem" areas that will need to be addressed in your home. He is easy to get a hold of on the phone and you talk to him directly, without having to go through answering messages, etc. I was 100% pleased and will keep his information on file for future reference!

He was exactly on time, highly professional, and incredibly thorough. He spent much more time than he planned, I am sure, yet did not charge more than originally estimated. A fine professional. He wrote an excellent report that my contractor is using on all repairs.

Anthony was very professional and courteous. He provided us with excellent information in lay terms.

Mr Peden did a very thorough job..he was very professional and polite. I will definitely recommend him to others.
