During the estaminet phase the customer service was excellent. The painter did a good job but his price was not included in the process. The materials were pre-fab pressed wood. The designer, Natalie came to the first day of the process but did not return. The installers were missing parts and turned a one day project into a three day project. They never brought the remainder of the items. Our custom closet looks like uneven unleveled bookshelves I through in the closet. We paid $3000 for, uneven, unleveled, tacky pre-fab bookshelves. We would NOT recommend this company to anyone.
