Wired home networking - They came out and began the job but didn't return to complete it after additional work was found to be required (that I was willing to pay extra to have done).

He is a fantastic guy. He shows up in an hour if requested. His work is clean. He takes care of everyone with the questions we have and helps fix the problem. He is a warm and endearing man. He is a complete package.
