Robert was the only one who responded to the call. He came to the house on a sunday morning and fixed the spring with a clamp. he has ordered the new spring and will install it next week.

Apex called me not 30 seconds (literally) after placing my request on Service Magic. They gave me an appointment for the next morning (but they had one that same afternoon). Although the service technician was a few minutes late, he was very polite and got right to work. He was done replacing the springs in about 45 minutes. Very good service...would definitely recommend them to anyone.
