The time frame they gave me was very wide (from 1 to 5 pm), hope they could make it tighter or kept me updated so that I could arrange my time accordingly without having to wait. The guy showed up clean and professional. He also put on booties to keep my home clean. Did a good job. I definitely will use them again for my next project, and would recommend them to any friend, colleague, etc.

I had a 24" gas was oven installed by this company and they did a great job. Of course their are always pros, and cons to everything. Even though my installer did a great job, he only had unfinished pine to fill the gap in my cabinet. So i had to stain it myself.

The people were very friendly and very knowledgable. Their rates were much more reasonable than other services, some who had the audacity to charge by the hour. We even had trouble getting our appliances delivered and they rescheduled for the next day without any penalty or complaint. My only complaint was that it ended up being more expensive than estimated. I don't think they overcharged me, but I sort of felt that the extra things they ended up needing to do to get my appliances installed were predictable expenses for them.

Worked quickly--perhaps a little TOO quickly at times. Somewhat haphazard approach. Kicked up lots of wood dust--could have controlled it better. Clean-up could have been better.
