After several companies told us our high-end Viking refrigerator could not be repaired and suggested we replace it with another brand, we were incredibly frustrated and disappointed. He took the time to properly diagnose the problem and successfully repaired our Viking refrigerator when no one else could. I was afraid to hire someone I didn't know, ecspecially over the internet. Marshall personally came over to my home! He was VERY professional. They were the ONLY company that gave we a price quote over the phone and I will tell you that I called several. He fixed my washer within a reasonable amount of time. He cleaned up the mess as well. I would HIGHLY recommend this company. When they quoted me the price over the phone it was even a nice surprise to find out that it was cheaper than I was expecting. Thanks again!

The owner came out the very next day which was critical as my washer was not operating. He was very professional and nice. I personally think the price to do approximately 15 minutes of work was a little high (65.00 travel and 50.00 for the work). No parts were needed, the inner springs just needed to be lubricated. Overall, I would recommend.
