Came in late in the afternoon which I really appreciated. Diagnosed the problem quickly. This initial cost would go into the cost of the repair if I chose to repair rather than replace. I chose to repair for the price he quoted. He said he would order the part. After three calls I gave up trying to reach him and bought a new unit. I don't recall how much the initial cost was, but I think it was about $60.

Bill came out on short notice, the Saturday before Thanksgiving and fixed my problem quickly and for a very reasonable price. He is professional and very nice and I won't hesitate to reccomend his services to my friends and neighbors.
