Aqua-Pro Pool Service, Inc.

The drain screen (cover) got broken during the cleaning of pool, and Mark Roth stated they had to order the part. He took my old part and never completed the repair. I called him few times, however, the repair of the drain cover was never completed. I had to pay someone else to fix it.

I hired Aqua-Pro because I moved out of town and I needed to have someone maintain my pool until it sold. I think because I was out of town they took advantage of that. I got complaints from my real estate agent that my pool was always dirty on his open houses. Also, I returned from out of town to check on the house, and my pool was green and dirty. I called AquaPro and was told that someone had quit the company so they had a backlog. The manager admitted he had not been to my house in 3 weeks. I wouldn't recommend this company if you need someone you can trust and care for your pool while you are away. They did not charge me for the 3 wks.

Courteousness and Timeliness is definitely at the top of Aqua-Pro's service. I believe they are a great value for there service. However, communication good, but it needs a little work to bring it up to the very good level. I would still recommend this company to my friends at this time.

Aqua-Pro was most expedient in responding to the alert for service. They exhibit personalized customer relations and appear to have the capacity to maintain a good relationship over the long term. Thank you.

They have been great to work with, very prompt, but there is some piping work that still needs to be done and I tried calling but they haven't got back to me yet. Will submit rating when project is completed.

Prompt, courteous service. Fair price and quality work. I will stop using my other pool service, which wanted me to wait 10 days for a service call! Aqua-Pro came out the very next day!

Not sure if the technician is completing all contracted tasks since the pool chemicals are still not balanced.

Strangely this is a company we had been workin with prior to submitting the request. They were incredibly prompt in contacting me to see exactly what they could do to improve thei services and things have been wonderful since. This company will bend over backwards for you!!

Mark and his team did good work. They are not the least expensive, but they do a good job.

I feel comfortable with the service provided. I need to have them maintain my pool every other week instead of every week.
