Sump Pump Repair or Replace
I was very pleased with the service provided by Aqueduct. Tony was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything. Also the hours of operation were far better than the competition working outside of the typical 8-5. I would definitely use Aqueduct again for future plumbing needs.

Sump Pump or Interior Foundation Drains Installation
Anthony was prompt, kept all his promises, gave us an accurate quote and did a good job of installing the sump pump and explaining its operation. He was extremely professional, from explaining our sump pump options to wearing protective covering on his shoes. We trust Anthony, will call on him for future needs and will highly recommend him to our friends.

Gas Piping
Only surprise was the $149 extra charge for tight places. Since it takes longer with tight places, the hourly rate probably should have included that. Otherwise, the service was perfect - neat, prompt, well-done. I highly recommend Aqueduct.

They were very professional, on time (which is very important to me). I took two stars off because they have not yet fixed the problem - they tried but it didn't work so I will have them come out again.
