Landscape - Install Landscaping for Yard or Garden
We've had nothing but hassles with this company. There appears to be little communication between the project manager and the workers. We continually had to contact the manager regarding problems. We are still dealing with problems from a project that was done last fall.

Arborstone Landscapes hired to do snow plowing at my elderly mother's home. They were very accomodating and price was average. I hired them because the owner was very nice to work with. They plowed the driveway and cleared sidewalks as agreed and did good work. No complaints!

Brick and Stone Patios, Walks, and Steps - Install

Excellent design and workmanship. Had brick pavers installed front porch and walkway. Had new patio built and front yard landscaping redone. The designer (Nancy Devino), is very talented and easy to work with. The bricklayers were very skilled and hard workers who took great care in respecting our property and cleaning up before they left. Work was completed in a timely manner. Nancy came by on completion of the project to make sure we were satisfied with everything. We have received many compliments from neighbors on everything. I recommend Arborstone without reservation.

Nancy was timely in her communication and meetings with us. Her design plan was well thought out and thorough, including detailed plans and drawing. She made some excellent suggestions for our project. Her original bid was higher than we had wanted to pay, but we were able to negotiate a more reasonable price by tweaking the plan a little. Once the work began, the crew was professional and detail oriented. We were kept up to date on how the project was progressing on a regular basis. The finished project is just what we had hoped for. Would gladly work with Arborstone again.

Lawn & Yard Waste Clean Up

They were to come twice to remove all the leaves from my large corner lot with big trees. The first time they mowed the lawn and pretty much blew the rest of the leaves around, although that may have been a communication problem. When they came the second time they left my entire yard in beautiful shape, cleaning the leaves from everywhere. I would definitely hire them again next year!

Nancy is an excellent landscape designer. She took my basic ideas and enhanced them beyond my expectations. Nancy is efficient, professional, and a pleasure to work with. You will not be disappointed in her designs for your landscaping. She had the most creative ideas of all the designers I interviewed.

It was really great. I haven't met Scott personally, but I could find that he is very knowledgeable and educated me well about my lawn. The product he applied on my lawn was very good, and it definitely killed most of my existing weeds.

Very open to small adjustments to getting the garden "just right." Only down side was that I had to follow up with them after the initial contact to get the project rolling again.

we had a mis-communication on when snow removal should take place. Once I called, they apologized and immediately send someone to rectify the problem. They couldn't have been nicer and did great job with removing the snow. Left no mess for us and called to say the job was completed!
