Addition to Existing Structure Building Service

This was the most un-organized business that I have ever seen. Daily phone calls with problems and the finished house was not what we had agreed on. Getting the builder to return phone calls wasn't easy. The builder also wanted us (the home owners) to contact his vendors to check on the jobs. Some of the outside vendors hired to come to my house were not the most qualified for the job. The job took almost 6 months to complete after being quoted 8 - 10 weeks.

"The contract was completed even though many changes were made by home owner such as front addition, windows and siding. All subcontracting work was done by licensed and inspected by St. Louis County. The homeowner was always contacted with any answers needed. The project was completed according to drawings and agreement of homeowner. The job was completed according and new jobs were contracted."

They did wonderful work. The basement project was very professional and they cleaned up on the site on a regular bases. They were very courteous.
