Excellent service from this company. We replaced our furnace and water heater using Argent. The furnace that was delivered was damaged and the installers returned the damaged unit and installed a new unit just one day after the initial problem was discovered. They were very professional and took great care to protect our slate floors. For both the furnace and water heater installation they had to work in very tight areas and did a great job. Argent came back promptly to make adjustments to the water heater to ensure hot water for all floors of the house. Would definitely recommend and use this company again for any heating, cooling need

Called quickly, arrived promptly and serviced my heating unit. Sold me an annual maintenance plan which essentially covered the cost of servicing my AC in the spring and guaranteed us quick and discounted service should something go wrong with one of our systems during the year (so by paying less than we would have paid for individual inspection calls for heat and AC we got a year of peace of mind). Great job!

The gentlemen and the owner were all very easy to work with and explained everything that they were doing. Some items came up after the initial estimate and those add-ons were explained to me before the work was done as well as the additional costs. I appreciated knowing in advance and not being surprised when I got the bill. They worked quickly and really seemed to know all about the systems. Great job!

They showed up 2 hours after the 4-hour afternoon window they said they would be there. They should at least have called to advise that they would be late. The service was OK, but it's hard to recommend if they can't be on time.

We want to replace our electric water tank with an electric tankless water heater and had 4 plumbers look at our situation and give us a proposal. Of the 4 companies we dealt with Argent Heating & Cooling was the one that was far superior in not just assessing our situation but working with us to find a solution. We are in an old house and the electric system is very old. Ron, the owner of AH&C did a very thorough site inspection and raised a critical concern about the amps needed exceeding our electric panel hat the others did not even mention! Ron is doing an amazing job and I have complete confidence in his ability and also integrity.

I had the heating/cooling roof unit on our house on Capitol Hill die the week before Christmas. I got several quotes and Argent scored high in all areas when I was making my decision: price, professionalism, turn-around time (especially around the holidays and needing a crane to get to the roof) and responsiveness. Even though they had a low price (people say you get what you pay for), I was VERY happy with the quality of the service. I worked directly with Ron and he was great. Kept me informed and did the work how and when promised. They came back once or twice to check and make sure things were fine. I would highly recommend!

The service personnel arrived on time and efficiiently completed all work outlined in the contract. When the contractors went to uncrate the funrance, they realized the furance had been damaged during shipping. Another furnace was located and installation was completed the following day. I would highly recommend this company to any one looking to replace heating or air systems. The employees are conscientious, considerate and easy to work with and complete the work in an efficient and thorough manner. They are respectul of their work place, and cleaned the work area at the completion of the installation. .
