Steve Armour and his crew arrived right on time - very much appreciated. Introduced us to his crew whereafter they got to work immediately. They did a very good job on most everything. On a couple of things, Steve stepped in to make sure everything was taken care of. We look forward to their return visit in March.

they didn't remove things to dust. they dusted around them I could have done that with a swifter. They didn't clean the base of the toilets or behind the toilets. They didn't do the top of the refrigerator. I was told they would do the baseboards. They did some of them. I am a senior citiizen with a bad back which is why I hired them to these things. My kitchen floor was not done well it was still dirty. In my bedroom the tv and the stand were not touched, the window sills in the bathroom were not done. I was told by Steve that this was the best crew he had I would hate to see4 what the others were like. I would not recommend them.

They arrived early and were ready to work. I was pleasantly surprised that they also cleaned my front and back patios. Although they did a good job, there were some things not completed as I requested; although minor, it was an inconvenience as I had company coming the next day and thus, had to take the time to clean it myself. I would definitely recommend this company. They are very professional and take the necessary time needed to do the job correctly. The pricing is reasonable and they are competitive with other cleaning services that I have researched.

Steve and his team at AZ CleanPROSteam did a great job for my wife and me! They did a thorough cleaning job, and were very friendly. The cost is a bit on the high side, but still we are happy with them. We've set up a recurring schedule with them!

Hired for a one time deep cleaning. They did an incredible job!!!!! Service was very professional, owner operator was present during the entire cleaning. Only negative was i paid a little more than I wanted to, estimate over the phone was less than actual cost. I do understand these things happen when dealing with hourly rates though. Would recommend and use again. But put a strict time limit on job so I know the cost.

ArmourBuilt did a great job for us. We just bought a foreclosure home that had been heavily smoked in and they came out and thoroughly washed and deodorized the walls, ceilings, baseboards, & all the surfaces that hold that smoky smell. The team came in and immediately got to work and never stopped until they were done. The price was very reasonable and the work was thorough - the place smells 100% better. We can rest easy that our new home is clean and odor-free - especially important since my husband and I both have asthma. I highly recommend this company, they are straight up and professional - thanks ArmourBuilt!

They cleaners along with the owner arrived a few minutes prior to the scheduled appointment. I found the team to be very friendly and courteous. We walked through each room and he made sure that everyone was on the same page as to my expectations. They not only met my expecations, but I felt they exceeded them and I would not hesitate to recommend this company to others.
