Arlen B Payne Construction Management is an excellent company, was established in Colorado, building over 1700 single family and 500 multi-family homes in the Denver metropolitan area and ski country. Now having Built or updated over 50 homes in southern California since relocating to San Clemente, Dana Point, & Escondido Areas. We have been able to take many of the design ideas of home owners, that their original home lacked or required updating. Create an exciting plan, take it through City requirements and complete the NEW HOME OF YOUR DREAMS!For over 20 years in So. We interviewed three contractors for the same job. Arlen Payne came up with the easiest, most cost effective solution to our rennovation needs. They completed the work efficiently, on time and just $100 over budget which we didn't think was a problem. We have other projects on the horizon, and will definitely try to hire them for these projects!!

I was very pleased with my choice to work with Payne Construction. Arlen, the owner is a very honest and professional person. My job had many unexpected thing and I was pleased with the way I was kept informed and also how Arlan went to bat for me with the City. His staff is very honest, professional and felt like they are a member of the family. They worked well with me when I had changes and new ideas after women always change their mind. I would have them back if I needed more work done.

He was a partner on the project. He just does great work. He and his cure was on time for the work and he just does great work. I would make changes but he would roll with the punches and finish the wonderful work. I highly rate him on his work.
