They got the job done and showed up on time.

I appreciated the prompt response from all 3; Art Smith Electric (Jared) took time for discussing options, and as a safety precaution, resolved an immediate hazard even without a committment from me that I would be selecting them for the project. I did not have to worry about being left with a hazardous situation before the project could or would be started.

Art contacted me first thing in the morning and made it to my home at the exact time he told me he would be there. He diagnosed and fixed the problem with my light switch quickly. He was a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend his services to others.

I had a GFI outlet that would not reset. Art determined that it was the result of another GFI outlet in a different room being tripped. He pushed the reset button and charged me $85.00 for his 15 minutes. My bad for not requesting an estimate and finding out about his flat one hour fee. I suggest making sure what you are signing up for prior to hiring. I realize a guy has to make a living but Art also insured that I definately will not call him again in the future. Had I come away from this feeling I was treated fairly, Art would have been my go to electric guy in the future. And given my professed lack of electrical acumen, he lost biz.

Jared the electrical Journeyman completed ths job in 1 day. He was fast , answered all questions and we did a complete walk of the job. Oh and did i say he had the best price of any of the other quotes i received. Will hire again as needs arise.

It is refreshing that in this day and age when so many companies do minimal that I found a company that did its best. Jared came in, did the job, was polite and then returned in the evening to make sure all the new lighting he installed worked and look good in our yard. I would not hesitate to hire him again.
