We used Nate to refinish a study floor. He did an excellent job and did it on time and on budget. He cleaned up after the job and it looks great. We would use him again. The only suggestion I have is that he needs to be more responsive to calls or emails. All in all our experience was wonderful.

Nate was friendly, honest and very clean. He did a great job installing our floors, and was easy to work with. If i had to offer any constructive criticism, it would be that he lacks a little professionalism. It would help if he had a sign on his truck, a contract, offered receipts, or something to formalize the process a little. He was terrific, though, and i would reccommend him anytime!

Nate was prompt and finished the job very quickly. There were a few things I had concerns with after the job was complete. Nate fixed the problems the very next day without any hesitation.

I was very disappointed with Artisan. Although I carefully reviewed the scope of work with them, they seemed unwilling to do what they promised. The workmanship was very poor. One of the tiles in the middle of the bathroom was cracked, and they didn't stop and replace it. They were supposed to follow the Dupont installation recommendations, but they skipped several critical steps. In summary, they didn't do what they said they would, ruined several hundred dollars of underlayment, didn't caulk the perimeter as promised, and in general, they didn't seem to care whether they did a quality installation or not. A very disappointing experience.

Above and beyond with service and positive attitude. Flexible in meeting my timelines and delivered as promised. Great work!

It is just beautiful. I love my floor.
