"This home received 1st place for 2008 PRO Historical Renovation in Ohio 2008 - This home was built in 1874 and the foundation is sitting on a cliff/rock. Today is October 29th and additional work has been performed on the old foundation. In addition this customer has just referred us to a friend. We have asked him to update his rating with service magic to reflect again his satisfaction with us"
"We are very proud of this project, Artistic renovation has received the 2007 Master Design GOLD Award, the 2007 Chrysalis Award and the 2007 Janus Award for this wonderful project. Artistic renovation is the ONLY Greater Cleveland Remodeler to win such prestigious awards."
"We added a second floor on this ranch and the design really works well and the clients loved the end result."
"The contract was signed on 10-13-07 and the city was slow to review the plans and did not issue the permit until 12-20-07, Lumber was del 12-22-08. The owner added extra work due to wood that was rotten which extended the scope and time line of the job had even wanted us to do more work - but we declined. The city inspected the job 01-15-08-Inspector commented workmanship exceeds building code"
