Are you kidding me???!!!! An A/C service provider who is actually honest? That's what I just experienced with Mel from ASAP Heating & Cooling. I was in a panic because I expected a huge bill and I didn't have much to spend but I needed air in this heat. I tried going to internet sites first to see if I could figure it out. When I found ASAP on ServiceMagic I decided to call. He actually tried to help me over the phone first rather than just come out and charge me. After I couldnt find the problem he came out within an hour and fixed the issue and only charged me $69. I was shocked. I felt like I should give him more. Highly recommended!!!
