Our washing machine hose lines were leaking, and I'm not handy. Kevin came out right away, fixed it in 5 min, did not charge me anything (and didn't make me feel stupid given the fact that the fix was VERY simple). He also explained what was wrong with our overall washer installation (previous owner did a bad job), and suggested a few fixes (even the most major approach was not estimated to be all that expensive). No pressure put on me to use him for that work, and he just said I should have him or another licensed plumber do the work at some point. Very courteous and professional guy based on my first impression. Would use him again.

I was so happy to have found and called ASAP they were their when I needed help and didn't know what to do, they were honesty and right to the point in what was need to remedy the situation. In the future when I need help I know who to call and refer. ASAP the "miracle workers"
