$14 per blind is a little high. I think $10-$12 per blind is more appropriate pricing.
Response from Ashley Blind and Shutter Repair
"We have not raised our cleaning rates in over three years although our costs have gone up significanly; especially the cost of fuel. Our rates are the most copetitive in San Diego. I hope you were happy with the quality of our service. Thank you."

They did a great job, the crew was personable, responsive and professional. We moved into a new house and the blinds looked like they had years of dust and whatever else on them. Ashley really did an excellent job. Gilbert, the supervisor, also made on the spot repairs that were not originally quoted. The additional fee was reasonable and the blinds now work fine.
Response from Ashley Blind and Shutter Repair
"Wendy, Thank your for your vote of confidence. We were glad to be of service."

I guess I didn't explain clearly, on my initial call, what type of blinds I wanted cleaned. When the service people came out, they found that they were big sunshades permanently attached on my patio and could not be removed to be cleaned in their truck. Still they made an attempt to clean them in place, but the dirt and (mold?) could not be removed. I thought the service people were very polite, knowledgable, and right on time. I will definately call Ashley's Cleaning again and also refer them to my real estate clients.
Response from Ashley Blind and Shutter Repair
"Thanks Nanci for your kind words. Sorry for the misunderstanding and will gladly like to be of service in the future."
