We are extremely pleased with the quality of the fence and the service of Ashnel. Sheryl, in the office, is on the ball, pleasant to talk to and always quick to answer questions. The installer was very knowledgable and did an excellent job. Other companies came out and took rough measurements but Ashnel's installer helped us decide on the shape (we didn't want just a rectangular shape) and dimensions and made the fence really enhance the look of our yard and pool area. We had a very rush job and Ashnel worked with our deadline and beat the compition on price. We couldn't be happier!

I think Mark did a good job with the design, quality of product and desire to resolve our issues. The issues we found should have been resolved by the installer. We still have one area of the fence, about 25-30 feet where we have a gap of about 8" between the ground and bottom of the fence. This allows our dog to escape so we have to resolve in some manner. The installer also left cigarette butts all over our yard. My reference is guarded and would require someone besides our installer to do the work.

Excellent job. They showed up right on time. Near the end of the day they realized they were short on material. Even though they needed to drive over 120 miles round trip to get more fence and finish the job, they went back and showed up an 9 PM at night to finish the fence so it would be right. The crew was very courteous and proffesional. I would definately reccomend Ashnel. Because they manufacture most of the fence, they eliminate the middleman found with other fence companies. I saved $2000 by using them versus a traditional fence company who buys their fence from a distributor and then has to pass that cost on.
