They worked hard and installed it on time , but had to return the next day to repipe.

What a wonderful experience. Boyd is very knowledgeable and actually came in and did the work for less than he quoted us. He was about the middle of the road on price, but we certainly got value for our money. He is honest and looks out for his customer's best interest. We also used him to repair our AC unit when it went out after the water heater. Great Job! Thanks Boyd!

No issues, all went well and ontime

Mr. Craig was very professional and his phone advice and support was exceptional. The install team was less than professional and installed a drip pan under the water heater that has no drain spout or plug. We have two water heaters in our garage and the other heater has no drain but the new one does now. My husband specifically called and asked for a water heater with a replaceable annod but they did not install to his requirements. The specifications for the one installed are as good if not better than expected so we weighed that in our overall consideration as well and still decided ASPR is of considerable value oompared to competitors interviewed.

The owner was the first to respond to our request. He provided professional and prompt service of the good old fashioned variety. His bid was the middle bid. We chose him because we felt having the owner directly involved would lead to better service than a larger company with multiple employees. We were correct. We will call ASPR again and we add them to the growing list of great contractors we have found on ServiceMagic (garage repair, heat/AC).

The service was friendly and punctual. However, the phone quote was $80 service charge plus $55 to replace a transformer. The transformer did not need to be replaced. Mr. Boyd still charged $145 for not doing any work, just troubleshooting. Mr. Boyd left my house with an electrical outlet not screwed into the wall. He also left the breaker panel on the floor without putting it back together. I had to do this work after he left. In all fairness, the charge should have been $80.

Good, very professional, he checked out my wiring and we decided it was an appliance repair I had to accomplish.

I logged a Service Magic request for emergency plumbing service. Boyd literally called me within five minutes, and he had my water heater functional within a few hours. He did a great deal of other work for me, too. You can be 100% CONFIDENT that Boyd won't try to sell you or persuade you to do anything that's not prudent and necessary or efficient. His plumbing rates are a bit higher than average, but his expertise is WELL above average, and his integrity is off the charts. Trust him with your plumbing. You get what you pay for and he's worth every penny!

Boyd is first class, like doing business with a family friend. I highly recommend him both by his integrity and his experience. A+ and I will be calling again and again.

The Power Generator "Manual Transfer Switch" was installed by Jose Rios. His work was flawless. Could recommend him to anyone to do a proper job having to do with electrician work.
