Technician arrived at the time most convenient for me. Diagnosed and explained the problem as well as provided very knowledgeable advice about my A/C along with an upfront price on repairs. I would like to acknowledge their customer service representative Linda, who provided very knowledgeable and great customer service upon initial contact. Also, she provided a profile and photo by email of the technician that would be providing service to my home. I think is great to know whom is expected.

They sent me a guy with 3 months experience who could not find a leak in my ac unit even though I put 4 lbs of refrigerant in it the month before. The owner spoke with my brother and told my brother he would come out personally to have another look at no charge. I received a scheduled appointment at 11:00. At 10 minutes to 12:00 my brother called to find out why the owner had not arrived and he was told between 11:00-3:00 which is not what I was told. It was a waste of time and money. Needless to say I did not wait any longer.

They were very nice to me on the phone and they came on time. The service was not expensive. I have had other companies quote me astronomical prices to fix my air conditioning, but it turns out that Assured got me cooled off for less than half of what I was quoted by the other companies!

Technician Jim H. went above and beyond what was needed on this job, checking building code directly with the county, assisting with the dryer, checking the vent work and outlet when done etc. The work was done in a timely manner, everything was explained, options were offered, all ith a great attitude. Everything was cleaned up and done correctly. I would highly recommend this company.

The young man that showed up to complete my repair was very helpful and extremely polite. My problem was with the operators the day that I was trying to locate a repairman. It took 2 days for them to locate someone for me. I explained that I have my father-in-law living with me and he is 80 years old and on oxygen. The heat was affecting him physically and still it took 2 days for them to assist me with someone to help.
